Position: Logistics Telesale Dispatcher
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and prior sales experience.
- Ability to work in a team, multitask, and handle stress effectively.
- Strong perseverance, dedication, self-confidence, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in using PCs.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, making 100-200 calls daily.
- Communicate with drivers, negotiate effectively, and provide personalized service.
- Monitor and control booked loads.
Terms: Office work until 11:00 PM (Bus service available at that time).
Employment Type: Contract with commission for booked shipments after the probation period.
Schedule: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Compensation: ₦200,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month.
