About the role: The Logistics Team Lead will manage and supervise logistics activities including transportation, maintenance, and equipment control. Responsibilities include managing logistics coordinators, budgets, and ensuring sufficient stocks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the logistics team.
• Manage container drop-offs and report damages.
• Monitor empty container sales and non-moved containers.
• Ensure effective budget management.
• Handle repairs and maintenance of reefer containers.

Requirements:

• Degree in maritime, shipping or related fields.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
