Job Description

Experience: 3 years and above

Salary: N150,00 to N180,00 + Sales incentives

Job Description:

  • Perform cold-calling and follow up over the telephone, schedule visits to potential business clients
  • Research and seek out prospects via sales calls to build a portfolio of clients
  • Be well-versed with product details, freight knowledge, market freight rates, and competitors to gain a competitive edge
  • Establish and develop relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service
  • Communicate with the operations team to track loads and provide clients/prospects with up-to-date information
  • Assist in successful pick-up, delivery, and over-the-road assistance for customers’ courier moves
  • Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through until resolution
  • Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationships with shippers and carriers
  • Develop a sales plan to achieve monthly sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦180,00.00 per month
