Job Description

As a Logistics Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics activities of our company. Your main role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain, from procurement to delivery.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, such as suppliers, transportation providers, and warehouse personnel, to ensure timely delivery of goods and optimal inventory levels. Your strong organizational skills will be essential in planning and executing logistics strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Managing transportation activities, including route planning and freight negotiation
  • Overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management and goods receipt
  • Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures to improve overall logistics performance
