Job Description
Dogan’s Sugar Limited, a European-invested company in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a Logistics / Operations Manager to join their team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervise transport drivers and motor-boys, set schedules.
- Direct activities in dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles.
- Ensure cost-effective operations and compliance with regulations.
- Manage budgets, arrange maintenance, and improve operational systems.
Competency & Technical Skill Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, or Business Management.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
