Swift Consulting seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee fleet and transport operations in Ikeja, Lagos. You will manage vehicle movements, monitor maintenance and performance, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. Key duties include route optimization to reduce costs, building strong vendor and client relationships, leading and training logistics staff, preparing budgets and performance reports, and implementing operational improvements.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of logistics/fleet experience; strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
