Job Description
ZIM is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- System updates for Out of Sequence (OOS) containers and EDI errors.
- Verification of off dock reports from vendors and logistics teams.
- Processing container status confirmation slips for refunds.
- Preparing full export load lists for terminals.
- Creating stemming letters and LPO for stemmed units.
- Daily monitoring of terminal activities.
Requirements:
- A degree in maritime, shipping, or related fields.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
