Job Description
Future Moves Recruitment Agency is on the lookout for a dedicated Logistics and Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will manage cargo movements, track shipments, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shipping process. This role blends logistics operations with client relations, ensuring efficient handling and elevated customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cargo pickup, transport, and delivery.
- Monitor shipments and keep clients updated.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
