Flexi MFB is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Verification Officer to verify customer identity, employment, addresses, and document authenticity via digital and field KYC checks. The role involves detecting potential fraud, accurately recording verification findings in our system, and collaborating with Credit, Risk, and Collections teams to support safe lending decisions.

• Qualifications: 1–3 years’ experience in loan verification, credit analysis, or KYC; OND/HND/B.Sc in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Skills: strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of KYC/AML compliance, ability to perform under pressure; familiarity with local routes is an advantage.
