Job Description
Beryl Springs Limited, also known as Goharvest International Limited, is a dynamic Fintech company providing quick loans through an online platform.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities: Manage overdue loan recovery, contact customers regarding their loans, follow up on payment redemption dates, advise on payment options, and report customer feedback.
Requirements: SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc with 0-1 year experience. Skills in tele-collections, customer service, negotiation, and strong communication are preferred. A smartphone is required.
