Job Description
TeamAce is looking for a dedicated Loan Recovery Officer to effectively manage and recover delinquent loans while ensuring adherence to our internal policies and regulatory standards. This pivotal role is essential for safeguarding the financial health of our institution by reducing non-performing loans.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recovery of delinquent loans.
- Engage with borrowers to facilitate timely repayments.
- Negotiate repayment terms as necessary.
- Maintain an accurate loan recovery tracker.
- Recommend accounts for potential legal action.
- Conduct field visits for compliance verification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan recovery.
- Sound knowledge of recovery processes.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Salary: N150,00 – N350,00 Monthly.
