Job Description

We are recruiting to fill the position below:
- Monitoring all loans and ensuring repayments are made on due dates.
- Locating and establishing contact with debtors.
- Ensuring collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Following up on all debtors to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices, or any other appropriate means.
- Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors.
- Resolving disputes with customers, ensuring that concerns are resolved correctly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- 1 – 2 years of work experience.
- Must have good office software skills.
- Must have good communication and listening skills.
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Must be fluent in English language and any other indigenous language.
- Must have experience as a loan collection officer.
