Job Description
We are seeking professional Loan Officers to cultivate long-term client relationships founded on trust and mutual value. Responsibilities include identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, mobilizing clients within assigned market areas, and collecting and reviewing loan applications and supporting documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analyses: business assessments, cash‑flow evaluation, character checks, and collateral verification.
- Recommend loan approvals or rejections in accordance with risk assessments and lending guidelines, ensuring KYC compliance.
- Maintain a healthy loan portfolio with low default and delinquency rates and educate clients on products, terms, and repayment obligations.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
