Job Description
Finbloom Capital Limited is in search of a skilled Loan Officer & Recovery Specialist to oversee the entire loan process. This role includes responsibilities such as client acquisition, credit assessment, loan disbursement, portfolio monitoring, and debt recovery. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in lending practices, a solid understanding of credit risk management, and proven skills in implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate loan applications, articulate loan products to clients, collect and verify necessary documentation, and draft loan agreements.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing, an HND qualification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and a proven history of meeting loan targets are essential.
