Job Description
- Evaluating creditworthiness by processing loan applications & documentation within specified limits
- Customer onboarding
- Interviewing customers to determine financial eligibility & feasibility of granting loans
- Submitting loan applications promptly
- Responding to applicant’s questions and resolving any loan-related issues
- Monitoring and updating account records
- Loan Collection
- Rejecting loan applications & explaining deficiencies to applicants
- Meeting with loan applicants to identify their needs & collect information for loan application
