Job Description
ExpressResource Connect is on the lookout for a dedicated, intelligent, and reliable Loan Officer to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience in banking or microfinance and a strong commitment to supporting clients through responsible lending practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and recommend loan applications.
- Conduct credit evaluations and risk analyses.
- Maintain thorough records of loan applications.
- Manage overdue accounts and follow up on repayments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Finance or a related field.
- Proficient IT skills and a high level of integrity.
- Outstanding analytical and communication abilities.
