Job Description
Berylspring Limited, a Fintech company providing quick online loans, is hiring a dependable Loan Collection Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recovery of overdue loans.
- Contact customers for overdue payments.
- Follow up on payment redemption dates.
- Advise customers on payment options.
- Report customer feedback accurately.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc qualification, 0-1 year experience.
- Tele-collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong listening skills.
Salary: N50,00 – N75,00 monthly
