BERYL SPRINGS LIMITED, also known as Goharvest International Limited, is a Fintech company based in Ikeja, Lagos, offering quick loans online.
Responsibility:
- Manages recovery of overdue loans.
- Contacting customers daily/weekly regarding overdue loans.
- Following up on previous payment dates.
- Advising customers on payment options and negotiating suitable plans.
- Reporting customer feedback accurately.
Requirements:
- SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc qualification with 0-1 year of work experience.
- Tele-collections or Customer Service background is a plus.
- Strong written, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Agile, teachable, and collaborative spirit.
- Attention to detail and strong listening skills.
