Snappy Credit Limited, a prominent Fintech company specializing in fast online loans, is looking to hire a Loan Collection Officer for our Ikeja, Lagos office. This full-time position involves maintaining customer communications regarding overdue loans and following up on payment deadlines. The ideal candidate will advise customers on payment options and negotiate repayment plans as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly contact customers regarding overdue loans.
• Follow up on payment schedules.
• Provide guidance on payment options and negotiate suitable plans.

Qualifications:

• SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc with 0-1 year of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
• A smartphone is required.

Benefits: Monthly salary of N60,00, along with weekly performance bonuses and the option to work from home.
