Job Description
Snappy Credit Limited, a premier Fintech firm specializing in fast online loans, is looking for a motivated Loan Collection Officer to enhance our team in Ikeja, Lagos.
Benefits: Competitive basic salary of ₦60,00, weekly transportation allowance of ₦500 during training, performance bonuses up to ₦15,00 weekly, work-from-home options based on performance, and salary increases after 3 and 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers regarding overdue loans, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide advice on available payment options.
Requirements: SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc with 0-1 year of experience, keen attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and possession of a smartphone.
