Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Vacancy

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers about overdue bills.
• Advising on payment options and negotiating plans.
• Maintaining payment records and taking legal action if needed.
• Responding to customer queries.

Minimum Requirements & Key Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of job experience
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Energetic and customer service-oriented
• Computer literate and good team player

Competencies & Skills:

• Customer orientation and problem-solving
• Persuasion, influencing, and good communication

Salary Range: ₦55,00 + commission up to ₦40,00 per month

Working Hours: Mon-Sat with weekend double pay

Benefits: Public holiday pay, weekly bonus, seniority allowance, transportation subsidy
