Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers about overdue bills.
• Advising customers on payment options.
• Negotiating payment plans.
• Maintaining payment records.
• Sending final notice warnings.
• Instituting legal action when necessary.
• Responding to customer queries.

Minimum Requirements & Key Skills:

• 1 year of job experience
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Energetic with a passion for customer service
• Computer literacy
• Ability to influence and collaborate within a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: ₦55,00-+commission
• Working days: Monday-Saturday with double pay for weekends
