Job Description
Location: Ogbomoso, Oyo State
Salary: ₦50,00 per month

Elocuencia Consulting is currently seeking a meticulous Loan Collection Officer. The primary responsibilities include managing overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring professional communication with borrowers. You will be responsible for documenting all collection activities and monitoring delinquent accounts, collaborating with legal representatives when needed.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation abilities, experience with loan management systems, and the capability to handle difficult conversations. Proficiency in local languages within Ogbomoso is advantageous. Applicants must be available for an immediate interview and ready to commence work shortly after hiring.
