Job Description
Berylspring Limited is a Fintech company that provides quick loans to customers via an online process. We are currently looking for a Loan Collection Officer to join our team based in Ikeja, Lagos on a full-time basis. Responsibilities: – Manage the recovery of overdue loans. – Contact customers daily/weekly to inform them of their overdue loans. – Report accurate customer feedback daily/weekly. – Follow up with customers on previous payment redemption dates. – Advise customers on the best payment options and negotiate suitable payment plans. – Applicants can work from home after 2 weeks of good performance. Requirements: – Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc qualification with 0-2 years of work experience. – Previous experience in tele-collection or Customer Service is an added advantage. – Strong written, communication, and negotiation skills. – Attention to detail and strong listening skills. – Persuasive, sales/marketing, and analytical skills are desirable. – Should be agile, teachable, and willing to learn. – Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment. – Must have an Android phone. Salary: N50,00 Monthly plus daily/weekly bonuses up to N15,00.
