Job Description
Adesokan & Ajayi is a prestigious commercial law firm based in Nigeria, with a primary office in Lagos and a liaison presence in Abuja. We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage litigation cases from start to finish.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements within the sectors of energy, finance, and shipping.
- Provide legal advice on project bids, risk management, due diligence, and other related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and Partners on legal projects.
