Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and assist them with a friendly attitude.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Showcase product features and benefits effectively.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support the legal team and foster a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience as a Receptionist/Secretary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years of experience as a legal secretary.
- Creativity in content creation.
- Proficient in technology with strong computer skills.
