Job Description

Our client, Lorache Consulting, a conglomerate pharmaceutical company, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Legal Officer. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Preparation of compliance documentation with relevant constitutive documents for statutory, legal, and regulatory purposes.
- Developing and overseeing that the company meets its compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities.
- Review all documentation that has legal implications for the company prior to signing and implementing.
- Liaise with various Law enforcement & Regulatory agencies and with the organization’s legal counsel as and when required.
Minimum Qualification:
- LLB from a recognized and accredited university.
- 5-6 years of legal experience.
Compensation:
Salary: ₦300,00.00 per month (Gross), exclusive of other benefits such as HMO, annual bonus, leave allowance, and quarterly incentive.

- Lagos: Relocate before starting work (Required)
