Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Officer to join our team. As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for handling all legal matters and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters to internal stakeholders
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Manage and monitor legal cases, including litigation and arbitration
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations at all levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Legal Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
