Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the company on a wide range of legal matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements
- Providing legal support for business transactions
- Researching and advising on legal issues and risks
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Managing and resolving legal disputes
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate law and at least 5 years of experience working as a Legal Counsel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is also required.
