Job Description
We seek a seasoned Legal Counsel to advise on high-value investment banking transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and debt and equity offerings. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, leading due diligence, ensuring regulatory and securities compliance, managing legal risk, and coordinating with deal teams, clients, and external counsel.
- Requirements: law degree, bar admission, 5+ years’ experience in investment banking or a top law firm.
- Must have strong drafting and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of securities and corporate law, and proven ability to communicate clearly under tight deadlines.
- Cross-border transaction experience preferred.
