Job Description
A Legal Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that a company’s operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. They play a crucial role in mitigating legal risks and ensuring that the organization operates in an ethical and legally sound manner.
The primary duties of a Legal Compliance Officer include conducting audits and assessments to identify compliance issues, creating and implementing compliance programs, and providing guidance to employees regarding legal and regulatory compliance matters.
