Job Description

TalentFlow Consulting is recruiting for a Legal Associate to handle diverse legal tasks, including regulatory liaising, document drafting, and client counsel. The role involves occasional in-person meetings, government office visits, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Research & Advisory on corporate and immigration matters.
• Regulatory Liaison with Nigerian bodies such as CAC, SEC, and CBN.
• Document Drafting & Review of contracts, petitions, and legal opinions.
• Client Representation & Advocacy in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Cross-Jurisdictional Work understanding U.S. immigration laws.
• Client Interaction through interviews to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• LL.B degree, Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
• 2-3 years of in-house counsel experience; litigation experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of corporate and immigration law, with U.S. law knowledge.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and legal research skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Structure:

• Hybrid work environment with flexibility; MUST be located in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month

Experience:

• In-house counsel: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• LLB certificate and called to the Nigerian Bar? (Required)
