Job Description
- Draft and advise on complex agreements for clients in a broad range of industries.
- Oversee legal research and provide advice and legal support to clients in multiple industries including Banking & finance, capital markets, intellectual property & entertainment, technology & startups, real estate, logistics, and FMCG; Dispute resolution, Debt recovery, data privacy etc.
- Support clients with transaction negotiation, attend meetings, and other clients’ engagements.
- Oversee the conduct of data privacy audits and handle other regulatory preparation and submission of license applications and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and corporate law with practical experience.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and organized approach to serving handling multiple tasks and clients.
