Job Description
Sophie Michael Consulting is on the lookout for a talented Corporate Associate with 5–7 years of post-call experience. The successful candidate will oversee mergers and acquisitions, capital raising efforts, and ensure regulatory compliance for both local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate corporate documentation.
- Conduct thorough legal due diligence.
- Provide counsel on corporate restructurings and compliance matters.
- Support transactions involving equity and debt financing.
- Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory strategies.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of legal experience in M&A and regulatory compliance is essential.
