Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Associate to join our team. As a Legal Associate, your role will primarily focus on corporate and real estate matters. You will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting in contract negotiations, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice and support to senior attorneys.
To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and at least 3 years of experience in corporate and real estate law. Strong knowledge of contract law, property law, and corporate law is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
