We are in search of a talented legal professional with expertise in property law, contracts, and compliance to oversee all land, client, and partner transactions. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for crafting robust real estate deals that are legally sound and enduring.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage legal documentation.
• Provide guidance on property acquisitions and sales.
• Ensure adherence to real estate regulations.
• Handle legal disputes as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law; BL qualification required.
• 4-6 years of experience in real estate law.
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical abilities.

Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 Monthly.
