Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Legal Advisor (MiFID), you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on matters related to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
Your main duties will include analyzing and interpreting MiFID regulations, assessing the impact on our organization, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements. You will also be responsible for reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they align with MiFID regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of financial markets and securities regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
