Job Description
OLTO RESOURCE DYNAMICS is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Leasing Officer to join our team in Oshodi, Lagos. In this on-site position, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing leasing applications, preparing lease agreements, and conducting property inspections. Your role will involve negotiating with potential tenants, ensuring properties are move-in ready, and coordinating repairs with our maintenance team.
Applicants should possess strong customer service and communication skills, analytical abilities, and experience in sales operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is mandatory.
The salary for this position ranges from 150,00 to 192,00 Naira, with immediate start.
