Job Description

Growthcode Consulting seeks a full-time Learning Support Teacher to design individualized learning plans, assess student strengths and learning styles, provide targeted subject and study‑skills support, monitor progress, mentor students, and collaborate with parents and staff. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field and proven experience in student support.

• Key competencies: counseling, academic planning, crisis intervention, teamwork, problem‑solving, and organization.
• Professional attributes: strong communication, strict confidentiality, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Locations & schedule: Ikate, Lekki (Mon & Fri) and Mada, Ogun (Tue–Thu; staff bus provided).
• Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
