Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Learning & Development Officer to join our team at Pistis Life and Leadership Institute. As a Learning & Development Officer, your main responsibility will be to design and implement effective training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and courses tailored to meet the specific needs of various departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Identify and address any skills gaps or learning needs within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
