Job Description
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. By designing and delivering effective training programs, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying training needs and developing tailored programs to address specific skills gaps.
- Collaborating with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals and objectives.
- Implementing a variety of learning methods, such as e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as necessary.
- Managing the training budget and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
