Job Description
Workforce Group is inviting applications for the position of Learning and Development Specialist based in Lekki Phase 1. This full-time role is essential in designing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning programs aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing engaging training materials, facilitating interactive sessions, and collaborating with teams to tailor learning solutions.
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as CIPM, ATD, or SHRM.
