Job Description
We seek a full-time Learning & Development Specialist based in Ajah, Lagos. The role involves designing and delivering instructor-led and e-learning programs, managing LMS records, coordinating training sessions, supporting onboarding, evaluating learning outcomes, and providing general administrative support.
- Teach AI and technology skills to modernize learning programs and drive commercial results (minimum one direct sale per quarter).
- Develop e-learning content, facilitate workshops, and maintain accurate LMS documentation.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Education, Business, or related field; at least 2 years’ L&D experience; excellent presentation and facilitation skills; proficiency with MS Office and LMS platforms; proactive, detail-oriented, and creative.
- Compensation: up to ₦150,00/month.
