Job Summary
As Lead Technician, you’ll oversee and coordinate technical operations, leading a team to ensure successful project execution, maintenance, and technical support. Your expertise and strategic leadership will enhance overall operational efficiency.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide hands-on technical support for complex issues and serve as a point of escalation for troubleshooting.
- Would be required to work on customer sites (offshore & Onshore).
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet project requirements and operational needs.
- Optimize resource utilization for maximum productivity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical activities, including project documentation, maintenance logs, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience
