Job Description
As a Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talents for the organization. Your key responsibilities include designing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
You will also be tasked with developing innovative ways to source candidates, building strong employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for identifying top talent are essential for success in this role.
