Job Description
Precise Lighting: FOCALE is currently looking for a Lead Operations & Facilities professional to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee all company operations (excluding inventory) while ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and safely. Your key responsibilities will involve enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing maintenance and safety compliance, supervising vendors, and generating reports on facility readiness and operational challenges.
We require candidates to possess 5+ years of experience in operations or facility management, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in multi-site operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦350,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month
