Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead, Learning & Development at Paga. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all learning and development initiatives within the company.
As the Lead, Learning & Development, you will be tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop relevant content, and deliver effective training sessions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Identify training needs and gaps, and design targeted learning solutions
- Create engaging training materials, such as e-learning modules, videos, and instructor-led content
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in learning and development, including experience in instructional design and delivery. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are essential, as you will be interacting with employees from diverse backgrounds and levels of expertise.
