Job Summary
We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Layer Farm Production Supervisor.
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and motivate workers to achieve production targets.
- Implement daily work plans and ensure proper organization.
- Maintain farm facilities in good condition.
- Formulate feed for the birds.
- Administer drugs and vaccinations to the birds.
- Keep electronic records.
- Enforce bio-security protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in Animal Science or Production Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in layer production.
- Innovation skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Biosecurity management skills.
- IT skills.
Others:
- Supervisor must be willing to live on the farm.
KPI:
- Average daily production: 90-95%.
- Zero infection rate.
- Compliance with company Core Values.
Location: Epe, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 60,00 – 80,00
