Job Description
Digitpen Hub is actively seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team at Property Planet Technology, a prominent real estate firm based in Lagos. This full-time, on-site role requires you to provide legal counsel, conduct thorough legal research, draft and review contracts, and effectively represent the company in various legal matters. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, negotiating contracts, and supporting litigation and dispute resolution processes while collaborating closely with different departments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in legal research, a deep understanding of corporate and contract law, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to offer strategic legal advice. Membership in the Nigerian Bar Association is a must.
