Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Lagos Operations Coordinator at the Boston Consulting Group. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company’s operations in Lagos.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between different teams and departments.
- Managing inventory and supplies to meet demand.
- Monitoring and analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving operational issues.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in operations or logistics management is highly desirable.
